Where does Alma cheese ship to?

You can order online for shipment to all 50 states in the U.S.

After I place my order, how long does it take to ship?

Throughout the year, we ship on Monday through Wednesday Shipment dates are planned to ensure freshness upon delivery with holiday lead times taken into account. Orders typically arrive 1-3 days from the date of shipment.

If I have concerns about an order, who do I contact?

Check the confirmation email that you received when you placed your order. If you still have questions, contact us at info@almacheese.com.

Do you have a location where I can pick up orders?

You can stop by our store to purchase cheese and gift boxes. Check the Visit Us page for details. Online orders cannot be picked up due to required shipping payment online.

How are packages shipped in warm weather?

Depending on weather and the destination of the shipment, we adjust how we ship to make sure your cheese arrives just as delicious as the day it was made. Insulated coolers and ice packs may be used.

In some cases the product may arrive at room temperature. Place product in refrigerator upon arrival and the product will quickly firm up. If signs of spoilage appear, liquid in bag, puffed up packaging, or a strong ammonia odor, please contact us.

Can I order Alma Cheese to give as gifts from my business or group?

Yes you can! You can order your gift boxes online on our Corporate Gifts page.

Do you sell Alma products in stores?

We most certainly do! You can find Alma cheese in retail stores in Kansas and Missouri. Check out our Retailer Locations map to find a store near you.
